THE WOOD IS HERE!

After ordering the rafter wood 3 months ago, the wood has finally arrived. Not the straightest boards I ever saw, but we are going to have to make do.
Making the patern for the trusses!

As you can see the walls are almost all at 3 meters high.
The next big task is getting the roof up and on!

Glad to hear about your fishing trip and see how great your house lucks. You'll have to have us all over for coffee and chocolate when it's done. Wait you have both those things and live like 10,000 miles away.

Hi Nat, hope you don’t mind but saw your comment on Lynn’s blog and thought I will have a look at what you’ve been up too! It seems like a lot! I suppose the fact that you are building a house means that you would be staying for a while? That is great. Would like to hear more about your journey! Welcome to check out my blog, it’s been a bit on the “love” side of late, but what can I say, love is love! Nat, good luck with the work! Mozambique is as close to my heart as ever and I often find myself praying for the people of Mozambique and the ones serving in Mozambique! René
